Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OakenCloud Technologies, LLC ("OakenCloud," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oakencloud.com website (the "Site") and any related services.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Services Description

OakenCloud provides software automation consulting and development services, including workflow automation, AI integrations, data pipeline development, and custom software solutions. Our Site provides information about our services, an ROI calculator, and a browser-based game called "The Last Mile."

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use

The Last Mile Game

"The Last Mile" is a browser-based game provided for entertainment purposes. The game is provided "as is" without any warranties. Game progress is stored locally in your browser and we are not responsible for any loss of game data.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the game.

ROI Calculator

Our ROI calculator is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. The calculations and estimates provided are based on general assumptions and may not reflect your actual results. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the calculator or any projected savings or returns.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by OakenCloud. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that OakenCloud shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content, goods, or services.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER OAKENCLOUD NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH OAKENCLOUD REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
